Information Technology Centre of the Republic of Tatarstan (CIT RT) and Security Vision, a leading Russian developer of solutions in the field of automation of cybersecurity processes, have signed a cooperation agreement. An important event took place at one of the key industry events – the XI conference "Digital Industry of Industrial Russia" (CIPR). The signing of the document became a logical stage in the development of long-term partnerships and outlined a strategic course towards jointly strengthening the cyber resilience of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Security Vision has been an established presence in the regional market for many years, regularly participating in industry events and maintaining strong ties with the local IT community.
The foundation of this current partnership is the successful implementation of a large-scale joint project with the Information Technology Centre of the Republic of Tatarstan (CIT RT) to develop an automated information security management system for the regional Government. One of the key outcomes was the enhancement of the Security Operations Center (SOC) for the regional government. The Security Vision platform is deployed in the Government Data Center of the Republic of Tatarstan, integrating over 20 regional ministries and departments. Through the integration of SOAR, Asset Management (AM), Vulnerability Management (VM), and GosSOPKA modules, the solution has reduced incident response times from hours to minutes, eliminated human error in routine operations, and ensured automated data transmission to the National Coordination Center for Computer Incidents (NCCCI). This project stands as a prime example of effective collaboration between a regional government and a technology vendor, resulting in a modern, import-independent security architecture for state information systems.
Security Vision highly values the proactive stance of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan regarding cybersecurity, noting the authorities' strategic vision in building a resilient digital infrastructure. The company is committed to contributing to the development of a secure regional environment by providing tools to build robust monitoring and response systems that meet the strictest government standards.
"The Republic of Tatarstan demonstrates a high level of maturity in digital security, and we are proud to be a part of this systematic effort," noted Ekaterina Cherun, Commercial Director at Security Vision. "Our experience in building the SOC for the regional government has proven that joint efforts between business and the state yield rapid and measurable results. The new agreement with CIT RT opens up opportunities to further scale these best practices. We are focused on a long-term partnership that will allow us not only to respond to threats but also to build proactive protection for the republic's critical information infrastructure."
