In his report, Security Vision SOAR Product Manager Maxim Annenkov will present a methodology for monitoring the quality of the information security system at the stages of detection, confirmation, and automatic response to information security incidents.
“The relevance of the problem is due to the fact that in pursuit of reducing the percentage of false positives, the correlation rules are becoming much more complex and are overgrown with a large number of exceptions, and the infrastructure configuration is constantly changing. At the same time, false negatives do not irritate the analyst’s eye, therefore, the inoperability of individual elements of the security system can remain unnoticed for a long time,” Maxim shared.
