Government of the Republic of Tatarstan and Security Vision, a leading cybersecurity company, signed a strategic cooperation agreement at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF 2026). The parties agreed on a comprehensive approach to ensuring the technological resilience of the republic's key enterprises and systematically improving digital literacy.
The decision to expand the partnership was a logical continuation of successful collaboration: Security Vision maintains close ties with the local IT community and understands the needs of local customers.
The current partnership began with a large-scale project implemented jointly with the Information Technology Center of the Republic of Tatarstan (ITCRT) to create a system for automating cybersecurity processes for the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan. The Security Vision platform is currently installed at the Tatarstan Government Data Processing Center and ensures information security for over 20 regional ministries and agencies, whose information security processes are integrated into a single secure ecosystem. This is a fully-fledged digital security infrastructure encompassing virtually the entire regional government.
As part of the agreement, Security Vision and the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan will exchange experience on key information security issues. Particular emphasis will be placed on jointly developing industry-specific approaches to information security, which will create unified, effective standards for responding to modern cyber threats and ensure the smooth operation of key enterprises in the region.
An important component of the agreement includes an educational track, advanced training for information security specialists, and the implementation of a number of initiatives to enhance cyber literacy and promote the information security profession. Some initiatives are planned to be expanded at Innopolis University, ensuring synergy between academic knowledge and industry best practices.
In addition, the parties agreed on mutual participation in key industry events, such as the Kazan International Forum Digital Week, whose partner is Security Vision has participated on several occasions. This will ensure an ongoing exchange of experience between regional and federal experts. The agreement places special emphasis on educational activities: the parties will jointly organize lectures, seminars, and other events aimed at raising public awareness of cyber literacy and basic information security principles.

The strategic agreement with Security Vision will allow us to further develop this infrastructure, backed by investments in human capital and expertise within the region," noted Ilya Nachvin, Minister of Digital Development of Public Administration, Information Technology, and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan.
