The Big Data Association (BDA) criticized the innovations in the Criminal Code and Code of Criminal Procedure prepared by the Ministry of Digital Development and providing, among other things, for criminal liability for the use of AI in the commission of crimes. The definitions in the amendments are abstract and can slow down the development of the industry by reducing the motivation of developers, according to the BDA.
